Wendy’s and McDonald’s are both fast food restaurants, yet Wendy’s has been serving healthier alternatives long before McDonald’s did so. Whenever I go to Wendy’s I would substitute fries for either baked potatoes or salad because I do not like having too much fried too. Having said that, does it mean Wendy’s menu items are healthier than McDonald’s overall? In this episode of “Health Facts Monday,” we will reveal the truth.
