Bonus Healthy Recipe: Green Tea Fruit Smoothies (2 Servings)

This smoothies is perfect for people who are lactose-intolerance because it has no dairy at all.

Also, I want to make a unique smoothies because not that many people use green tea to make smoothies.

Here is the recipe:

2 cups green tea (I used 5 tablespoons of green tea leaves and 2 cups of hot water to brew green tea)

1 banana, skinned and diced

1 avocado, skinned

1 orange, skinned

1/2 cup blueberry

1 cup crushed ice

1) Put every ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

2) Serve when ready.

The colour may not be as appetizing as you like, but it didn’t taste bad.  I tasted the sweetness from the banana and orange, then the creaminess from the avocado.

You can add sugar if you feel the smoothies is not sweet enough.
