I realized a lot of people like to use tea for their smoothies because tea is dairy-free and contains antioxidants.
So today I made another tea smoothies made with oolong tea.
Here it how I made it:
1 cup mango, diced
1 cup oolong tea (I used 2 tablespoons of oolong tea leaves to brew the tea)
1/4 cup almond
3 strawberries, hulled and diced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup crushed ice
1) Put every ingredient into the blender and blend until smooth.
2) Serve when ready.
This smoothies is delicious. I could taste the sweetness from the fruits and the creaminess of the avocado. I also taste a bit of the oolong too. You guys should definitely try this at home!
