Being healthy is not only about eating well, it is also keeping healthy living habits and having positive mentality.
This is not easy, but it is doable.
Being a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, I always have to eat properly in order to keep up with intense training and to avoid injuries.
I am also slightly overweight due to my large waist. As a result, I am using this blog to write about my journey to lose weight as my motivation.
